Wildflowers of Northern Spain

We are currently travelling in our motorhome around Europe and I am loving checking out the wildflowers. Here are some pics I took in Northern Spain ... mostly by the coast. We are now in Portugal but not gotten around to taking many pics yet ! That's all for now!

Hi ! I'm Elaine ...

Just to give you a bit of background ... my hubbie and I were living in Sydney, Australia up until March 2012 - at which time we travelled to the UK - along with our 5 animals (2 dogs and 3 cats) – where we moved onto a narrowboat and traversed the canals of England and Wales for a couple of years. We then sold our boat, bought a motorhome and explored a fair chunk of Europe and another fair chunk of ol’ Blighty! We then sold that motorhome and downsized to our Citroen C3, in which we travelled to Southern Spain to spend a couple of months in the sun, with our two dogs Bombo and Sam. (Two of our cats, Geoffrey and William had to be put to sleep in July this year and Jaffa has gone to live with my brother).

My background is in Naturopathic Herbalism and Integrative bodywork. I have not practiced as much as I would have liked during our travels but have kept myself busy with extra studies along the way and have also enjoyed my time immersed in nature, rediscovering my plant and herb friends in the wild!

Anyway ... in this blog I hope to include a few thoughts, natural health recipes / hints / info. etc. that may come in handy for …. someone? Anyway, thanks for popping by – if you have any queries on any of my posts please do not hesitate to email me
